Net Atelier · website signup

The website signup sequence

What a designer receives after starting a trial at net-atelier.com, on the 14-day trial terms. One welcome, then one of three tracks, plus the sends that fire on a change of state.

One welcome, then one of three tracks. The welcome goes to everyone. After it a signup receives one track, never all three. They share a population and a timetable and differ only in angle, which makes them a test rather than a longer sequence. All three are shown here so they can be read together.

Not yet decided. Which signup receives which track is not defined in the source copy. Until it is, treat the three as a straight split test.

Buttons are inferred. The source copy is plain text and does not mark up its calls to action, so position decides which line becomes a button. Where a message had several, the first is a button and the rest read as links. Treat the wording as exact and the button styling as indicative.

Amelia, ready when you have ten minutes for a real project

Built by a designer, for the project that made you look.

Maybe you started this trial right after a client changed a selection, and the budget, draft proposal, and purchase order all needed the same manual correction. That is the exact job this platform was built for.

Start with the project that made you look.

It is the right one to start with. Here is the whole ask. Give it ten minutes and use one project you know well. Bring in one live selection list and its budget.

Then revise an approved selection once and watch what follows. The linked budget line, and any draft proposal, purchase order, or invoice tied to that item, update from the same record.

Change made once. Every record current.

What happens when a client changes a selection after you have sent the budget

Revise an approved selection once. The linked documents follow.

Amelia, a client swaps a velvet for a bouclé after the budget is out. You know the cost of that phone call. The budget line, draft proposal, purchase order, and invoice are all now wrong in different places.

In Net Atelier, you change the specification record once. The linked budget, affected draft proposal, draft purchase order, and draft invoice update from the same record.

No version to hunt down at approval time. No client-facing document disagrees with itself. The hours that went to retyping and reconciling go back on the books as billable ones.

Try a revision on live data.

Budget versus actual stays visible throughout, so you see the commercial effect of the change while there is still time to respond.

Net Atelier

Planned spend beside actual spend, while there is still room to adjust

See the commercial effect of every selection, live.

Amelia, the budget that quietly drifts is the dangerous one. It is not one big overrun. It is a fabric here and a freight charge there, each defensible on its own and visible only when the quarter is already spent.

Net Atelier gives you an at-a-glance project financial view and real-time budget-versus-actual tracking. Every selection you approve shows its effect on the budget while the decision can still change.

That is the difference between adjusting a design and apologizing for a number. It is how margins survive a demanding project.

Day 6

Net Atelier

Still catching up on paperwork after hours?

One week in. What is working, and what is not.

Amelia, the honest question at this point is not whether you have explored everything. It is whether the evening catch-up has gotten shorter.

If something is holding the workflow up, perhaps a project that will not import cleanly or a specification that will not behave, reply to this note. A real person reads it, and the fix is usually one setup step.

If you would rather talk it through, Andrew runs onboarding for new studios. Twenty minutes with him on your own project usually settles it.

Budget lines, proposals, purchase orders, and invoices all come from one specification record

One connected record behind every document you create.

Amelia, by now you have a project in, which means something quiet has changed. Every document you create draws from the same record.

Selections flow into budgets, budgets into proposals, and proposals into purchase orders and invoices.

For exacting clients, that means the proposal matches the budget and the invoice without an afternoon spent checking them against each other.

When the next project starts, your product library and vendor details carry across, so setup is faster the second time than it was the first.

Amelia, when you no longer need to reconcile manually

Either way, everything you built stays yours. It is exportable any time.

Amelia, whatever you decide, two things first. Everything you have built stays exactly as it is, and you can export project data to Excel at any time. Nothing is held hostage.

What a subscription continues is the absence of a problem. A client changes a selection, and the linked budget, draft proposal, purchase order, and draft invoice follow from that one change.

Your evening does not turn into reconciliation. Less time lost to chasing paperwork means work gets delivered early, and projects stay ahead of schedule instead of ending in a panic rush.

And the hours you get back are not just admin time. They are the hours that let a studio take the next commission without the evenings paying for it.

Day 1

Net Atelier

Your first project, set up in under half an hour

Import a board you already have, or capture a product you are already quoting.

Amelia, the first days of a project usually go to setup. They go to rebuilding the concept board, re-entering products, and re-keying prices into a budget. Net Atelier takes that work in two moves.

Import the board you already have.

A board you already built in PowerPoint or Canva comes in as it is, in about 30 seconds. The concept arrives as a working board with products attached, not a blank page.

Capture products straight from supplier pages.

Use the AI Product Picker web browser extension to view a product or material on a webpage and bring it into Net Atelier in a structured way.

The product card populates with the available details, including cost, color, and other listed information. The image comes in with it ready for the concept board.

The workflow is designed to let a studio import a board and produce a proposal the same day. Half an hour, one real project, and you will know whether this earns its place.

Net Atelier

When a selection changes after approval, this is what it looks like

A demonstration of the change-once workflow, and how to see it live.

Amelia, a selection changes after approval. A velvet becomes a bouclé. In the old way, that is an evening. You fix the budget, draft proposal, and purchase order, then hope the invoice has not already gone out.

In Net Atelier, you change the specification record once. The linked budget, affected draft proposal, draft purchase order, and draft invoice update from the same record. Nothing lingers for a weekend of reconciliation.

That is the whole idea, and you do not need to take my word for it. Bring one project in and change one selection. The demonstration takes five minutes on your own data.

No product tour. Just what it does and why it exists.

Amelia, you started a trial a couple of days ago, so I will keep this short. Net Atelier was built by a working designer for one specific problem.

A client changes a selection, and the budget, draft proposal, purchase order, and invoice all need the same manual correction.

Here, you change the specification record once and the linked documents update from it. That is the entire pitch.

If it describes your Tuesdays, log in for five minutes and look around. No setup is needed to see how a project fits together.

The 10pm catch-up problem

Why evenings were the real cost, and what changed.

Amelia, in my own studio, the real cost of project admin was where the hours came from. It was the 10pm catch-up after a day that belonged to clients.

Reconciling a changed selection across documents is not difficult work. It is just work that lands at the worst possible time.

Net Atelier exists to take that work off your plate. Change a specification once and the linked budget, draft proposal, purchase order, and invoice follow. Your trial is open whenever you want to see that for yourself.
