Every message a Primavera lead receives, in the order it arrives, shown as it appears in an inbox. Setup comes first and invoicing does not appear until after the subscription starts, because nothing advanced is worth configuring during a trial.

Day 0

Net Atelier

Amelia, glad you found us at Primavera

Amelia,

It was genuinely lovely to have you at the open house. Your Net Atelier workspace is open and waiting. 14-day free trial. Card required. Cancel anytime.

I built this platform after late nights re-keying a fabric change through a proposal, purchase order, and invoice while a client waited. Our clients hire us for judgment they can trust. That trust needs paperwork that arrives on time.

Start with a project you know. Bring in a live selection list and its budget, then revise an approved selection once. The linked budget follows. The change is made once, every record is current, and the evening is yours again.

Open your workspace

If you would rather have company while you set up, Andrew runs onboarding for new studios.

Twenty minutes, on his calendar.

Day 1

Net Atelier

Two moves to make your first project live

Amelia, the first week decides whether a tool survives a busy season. Make it real. Studios get the most from their trial when they add a live project, not a sample. There are two quick ways in.

Import the board you already built.

PowerPoint or Canva, whichever holds the concept. It comes across as a working board with products attached, so the concept moves across instead of being rebuilt from scratch.

Capture products straight from supplier pages.

Add the AI Product Picker web browser extension to Chrome, then click a supplier product page. Its image and listed details arrive as a structured card, ready for the concept board and budget. Supplier research goes directly to the first board, built in hours rather than evenings.

Book 20 minutes with Andrew

He will set up your first project with you, so you finish the call with a working workspace rather than a list of questions. Prefer to explore alone?

Net Atelier

I am the one on the other end of that booking link

Amelia,

Heather mentioned you came through Primavera. I run onboarding for new studios, so I thought I should introduce myself rather than stay a name next to a button.

My job is to get your first project working. We take one live project, import your board, capture a few products, and leave you with a concept board and budget. Bring the board and a supplier page or two.

Twenty minutes, and you finish with a working workspace rather than a list of notes.

Book a time with Andrew

If you would rather work it out on your own, that is completely fine, and the getting-started email covers both routes in writing.

Net Atelier

The AI Product Picker, briefly

Amelia,

Quick one, because this is the feature designers ask about first.

You are on a supplier's site. You have found the piece. In the old workflow, re-keying starts. The name, price, colour, dimensions, and image need entering again somewhere else.

With the AI Product Picker web browser extension, you view the product or material on a webpage and bring it into Net Atelier in a structured way. The product card gathers listed details and the product image, ready for your concept board.

One capture, and the product is already specified. It is the fastest route we know from found it to on the board.

See how the AI Product Picker works

Your trial workspace is ready whenever you want to try it on a real supplier page. If you would like company for the first one, Andrew runs onboarding for new studios.

Day 5

Net Atelier

The five minutes worth trying this week

Amelia, clients like ours rarely change their minds early. The velvet becomes a bouclé once the pieces arrive in the room together. That is when there is least time to redo paperwork. It is worth trying on a live selection while your trial is fresh.

Revise an approved selection.

The client swaps a velvet for a bouclé. You change the specification record once.

The linked budget follows.

The budget line for that item updates from the same record, so the board and the numbers agree without you reconciling them.

Nothing lingers.

No old price sitting in a client-facing document, and no version to hunt down at approval time.

Budget against actual stays visible throughout, so you see the commercial effect of the change while there is still time to respond.

Try it on a live selection

Want Andrew to run this one with you on your own project?

Day 12

Net Atelier

Amelia, what continuing protects

Amelia, whatever you decide, two things first. Everything you have built stays exactly as it is, and you can export project data to Excel at any time. Nothing is held hostage.

If the workflow has earned its place, continuing keeps one connected record behind every document you create. Selections flow into budgets, budgets into proposals, and proposals into purchase orders and invoices. Every document draws from the same record.

$49 per month for one user. Each additional user is $9 per month.

A four-person studio pays $76 per month. 14-day free trial. Card required. Cancel anytime.

Keep your workspace

Undecided? Book twenty minutes with Andrew and bring the project that matters most. He will show you exactly what changes on it.

Net Atelier

Amelia, your projects are waiting

Amelia, your Net Atelier trial closed, but every project, specification, and budget you entered is saved and intact.

If timing was the issue rather than fit, resuming starts where you left off. $49 per month for one user. Each additional user is $9 per month. Your product library carries across, so the next project starts faster than building from scratch.

Resume your workspace

If something got in the way, Andrew can help you pick up where you left off.

And if the fit simply was not right, one line back about why comes straight to me and shapes what we build next.

Closing the loop, Amelia

Amelia,

This is the last email in the sequence, so I will keep it short.

Your workspace is closed and nothing has been deleted. Every project, specification, and budget is still there, and a single click restores all of it.

If it was not the right fit, that is a completely reasonable answer and you do not need to reply. If it was timing, the door stays open and there is no deadline on it.

One thing I would genuinely value. A one-line reply about what stopped you helps more than you would expect, and it comes straight to me rather than to a queue.

Restore my workspace

Thank you for trying it, and for the conversation at Primavera.

Net Atelier

Welcome aboard, Amelia

Amelia, your subscription is active, which means every project you run now sits on one connected record. Selections, specifications, budget, and client documents move together instead of living in separate files. The work you do deserves that pace.

Bring your next project in whenever it suits you. Your product library and vendor details carry across, so each project starts a little faster than the last.

Add teammates when it helps.

$49 per month for one user. Each additional user is $9 per month. Shared records keep reviews out of email threads and revisions on the specification.

Keep Andrew on call.

Onboarding support comes with extra hands for a new project setup, a tricky COM specification, or a teammate's first week. Book twenty minutes when a project could use an extra pair of eyes.

Book a time with Andrew

It has been a pleasure having you with us since Primavera, and lovelier still to work with you now.

Net Atelier

Where the rest of the project lives

Amelia, now that the first project is live, here is the rest of the workspace, which you will not have needed yet.

Client projects.

Every project you are running sits in one list, so you can see what is active without opening a folder for each client.

Purchase orders and invoices.

These sit on the same record as the specification they came from. Change a specification once. The linked budget, draft proposal, purchase order, and invoice update from that record.

Documentation.

When a supplier asks which finish was approved, or a client asks what they signed off, the answer is in the project rather than in an old email thread.

Everything starts as a draft. Nothing reaches a client or a supplier until you send it.

Open your client projects

Net Atelier

Set your defaults once

Amelia, two areas worth ten minutes now that you are subscribed.

Markup defaults.

Set a default markup for each product category, so a new product arrives at the right price without doing the sum each time. You can still set markup on individual lines when a project calls for it.

Your address book.

Supplier and manufacturer details sit with their contacts, so the right person is attached to the right company. Client details and shipping addresses sit with the client, without searching back through email.

Open settings

If any of this is easier shown than read, Andrew runs onboarding for new studios and will walk through it with your own projects on screen.
